Exercise to get trim

Muscles burn more calories. Building your muscle tissue would boost your metabolic rate and hence helps you burn more calories for the same activities.
2-fold approach.
To lose weight, watch what you eat. In addition to that, go do some form of aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week, for 30 minutes each time. Jogging is good. Also do some strength training during your weightloss regiment.
