Now savour down every bit off it. Again, how many calories was that?
Ok, wait a couple of hours before you work to burn it off. If it is late at night then get up early the next morning to work it off.
Now head to the gym. Go straight for the tread mills that record the calories you burn.. Set a comfortable pace. Go for as long as you can. How many calories have you burnt? How many calories do you have left from your snack? Good. Continue until you have burnt the 1000+ calories from that pint of ice cream. Can you do that without killing yourself? I thought not.
Watch yourself though. Don't push yourself to the point of a heart attack.
So the next time you feel like binging, remind yourself how hard it is to burn off the calories from that snack.
