Counting Calories
Basically, to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume.
In other words, eat less, exercise more. Also, go more for the lower calorie
foods and less for the high calorie foods.

popular fast food restaurants. Go for the low calories if you want to lose
weight. And count your calories.
