Why you should sell through the web?

After all the dot bombs, do you really want an e-biz selling your products and services through the webs? Doesn't it cost at least $50,000 or more to set up an e-biz?

Actually, selling through the web doesn't cost much. Definitely less than $1,000 is enough for you to do business through the web. That is, if you know how.

You do not need a team of programmers or a server of your own to start up. You could rent a server and use services like Site  Build It. You can find it at Site Sell. It costs US$300.33 That price covers hosting your web site,  optimizing your site so that search engines can find it, very easy to use software to build your site yourself so you don't need to hire programmers for it. Basically, it covers practically everything you need.

Global reach at minimal cost

Through the internet, you can reach the global audience. People from all over the world at minimal cost. US$300.33 if you use Site Build It, more (or less for some geniuses) if you build your site through other means. How much would that cost you through conventional adverising?

To let them find your site, you'll have to submit your site to directories and search engines. Many of them are free anyway.
