I just watched the matrix 2 movie, matrix reloaded.

It was fantastic. The special effects were mind blowing. The story was fascinating. The philosophy behind the story stays in your mind long after the movie ends.

The usually wooden Keanu Reeves can actually act. He sizzles with Carrie-Anne Moss in their scenes together. The chemistry between them is evident.

As for the fight scenes, Keanu Reeves fights almost as well as Jet Li. 

By the way, all 3 of them, Keanu Reeves (Neo), Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity) and Laurence Fishburne (Morpheus) did their own stunts.

Matrix reloaded

The storyline is slower than the original Matrix. What happens or is discussed in the beginning becomes very significant towards the end of the movie.

Neo has a nightmare regarding Trinity that bothers him. As the movie ends, we see the significance of his dream. 

For the first time ever, you see Zion. A very impressive world straight out of a Science Fiction graphic novel.

Through Neo and Trinity and in the mass celebration scenes of the people in Zion, you see the passion and sensuality of humans as compared to the coldness of machines.

The Oracle shows up in this movie, and like the previous Matrix movies, all is not what it seems. She has a mission for Neo which could save Zion from the impending doom.. 

The cast, scope and scale of the movie has expanded. There was little opportunity for the development of the new characters. There are very interesting new villians though.

As usual, the movie is very cryptic. Some people do not understand it the first time they watch it, but they really enjoy it anyway.

Personally, I loved every moment of the movie.
