Hi. I am 18 years old and want to know how to get my girlfriend back. We first started going out when our ages were 15(me) and 13(her). We are 2 years and seven months apart. When we first started going out we were not seious, I had issues of my self appearence and wouldn't try to see her. Eventually we fell apart and broke up. She then dated this other guy and he eventually punched her and she dumped him. She than wanted me back and since I wasn't over her I took her back. We've been dating ever since, since just recently that is. Several sundays ago I was supposed to see her, but things out of her control prevented us from getting together. I was so excited to be seing her that when I couldn't that nigt I flipped out. She called me, I said some choice words, and hung up. I tried all that night to call her back and eventually she called me and we made up I told her I was an idiot and it would never happen again. Slowly over a few weeks she stops calling but I get a couple of emails. One email she told me shet doesn't want a boyfriend right now. I love her with all my heart and I want to prove to her that I can never do anything to her, not even yell at her so long as I live. I also want to know how to win her back. What do I do? I am 18 now she is 15 almost 16.

When you wouldn't try to see her because of issues of your self appearance, maybe she misunderstood. She could have thought you were not serious about her.

She says she is confused and doesn't want a boyfriend for now. She wants to flirt. Maybe she really is confused. At 16, you probably don't really know what you want in life yet. Give her time and space.

There could be a problem due to misunderstanding between both of you. You really should spend time talking things out. Casually. Naturally. When the conversation heads that way and the mood feels right.
