since my early years of grammer and highschool, I have been deeply in love with a girl in my class. We have lots in common and we have talked about dating a for long time but never got the chance. We are very close friends now. She knows my feelings for her now, but, she says that she does not see me like she used to.She is going steady with one of my friends, which is heart-wrenching for me because when I am around she does not take my feelings for consideration and she hangs all on him and I would like to know if I have a chance to win her over of if I should just let her go and go my separate way.

She knows how you feel about her. Yet she is dating your friend and makes that clear to you. You are both young. Things can still change in the future.
In the meantime, let her go. If you are both very close and treasure the friendship, stay friends. If that hurts too much, take some time off. Hang out with friends. Go watch a good baseball, basketball or football match. Forget about her. It takes time to heal, but there are other girls out there who you may click with and who may be interested in you.. It is no point clinging on to someone who has made it clear she is not interested in you.
If she ever changes her mind, the onus is on her to initiate it. If not, so be it.
