I tried the getting started dvd in the Billy's BootCamp Elite
today. If that is not a workout full of toning exercises, I don't
know what is.
The exercises in Billy's Bootcamp Elite include exercises with
resistance bands to tone the flabby bits under the upper arm. The
movement is very similar to the kickback exercises gym instructor
once taught me to tone the flabby triceps using light weights.
Jumping jacks, kicks and punches to the energetic background music
characterize the getting started workout.
Who says toning exercises have to be boring?
The toning workout I tried in that Mission one workout from Billy
Blanks Elite was really fun. Kind of addictive to the point that I'm
looking forward to the next workout. It is like having a personal
trainer who is incredibly patient but does not charge by the hour.
Don't get how a move is done, watch it again on the DVD. Play back
the parts you have trouble with. Billy wouldn't mind.
Mission One workout tones the arms and legs. As this is my first
day, that's the only one I did today. I look forward to Mission
three, to be done in two or three weeks time as it is the most
difficult of the lot.
Why?
Because that one tones the abs. The goal for Mission three is rock
solid abs.
