Today, I played in the Mission One workout DVD from
Billy's BootCamp Elite
My kids were home from school and were curious about the workout
mommy's going to do. We cleared the living room to make more space
for my kids to join me in that Billy Blanks workout. This is the
third time I'm doing the Mission One workout and still, there are
some parts I cannot keep up with when they speed up the movements. It
is fun trying anyway.
My lazy eight year old sat on the sofa watched the workout video,
read the Billy Blanks materials but refused to join us. He admitted
he was just too lazy. He has a paunch and can't wear anything that
does not have an elastic waist so I was trying to get him to join us.
My six year old was very enthusiastic. He loved the workout and
managed to do some of the moves. He was especially excited about the
punches. Told his big brother that now he knows how to punch
bullies.. uh oh.
Anyway, my overweight eight year old wants me to play that again
tomorrow. He says he wants to work out as well and learn the cool
moves.
That was the third time I did the workout. Husband noticed my
tummy doesn't hang out as badly as before so you do see results in
the 7 days as stated in the claim. Billy’s BootCamp! Blast into shape in 7 Days!
Modern life breeds overweight kids. Think about life decades ago. Then, children would run around the backyard playing catch or other games. Cycling, soccer and basketball were regular ways kids might spend the time. These days, kids are glued to the TV, computer, playstation or at some screen playing a video game. Where's the physical activity that keeps kids fit and healthy? Reverse the trend and get these for your kids... before they end up obese and unfit.
