Drink 3 large glasses of plain water.
Brush teeth, wash face and relax for a while.
8:30 a.m.
Get a great workout to start the day. Pop in a workout from

9:20 a.m.
Bring your dead sea salt scrub to the

Take a shower.
While still wet, gently massage the salt onto your body.
Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing it off.
Pat dry with soft fluffy bath
towels.
10:00 a.m.
Breakfast.

11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Remove old nail polish.
Fill a large basin with warm water
Add 1 drop of lavender oil and 1 drop of geranium oil to the

Agitate the water with your hand to disperse the oils.
Soak your hands in the fragrant water for 10 minutes.
Pat dry with fluffy towels.
Apply the nail polish onto each nail in 3 strokes.
1st stroke down the center of the nail
2nd stroke and 3rd stroke down the sides of the nail.
Sit and relax while waiting for it to dry.
Give yourself a pedicure.
Remove old nail polish.

Mash a large ripe banana
Massage the banana into your hair.
Cover your hair with plastic wrap.
Body pampering
- Take a shower. If you don't have a bath tub, turn your shower

- Fill a bath
- Fill a bowl with water and float some candles for
ambiance.
- Play your favourite music.
- Add some dead sea salts into your
bath water and soak in the bath tub for 20 minutes. Use this.
