I've gained weight again. Tend to eat compulsively under stress.
In my last job, I was literally shoving chocolate bars down my mouth
to help me cope with the environment in that particular office.
Gained so much weight none of my old friends would be able to
recognize me and got really depressed over it. Left that place for
more than 2 years already but am unable to get rid of most of that
excess weight. Lost 5 kg in 2 years by working out at a gym but still
am grossly overweight.
Time to try another diet and fitness program. This time, I'm going
