Aloe Vera Gelly Tried and Tested

For a really convenient facial that can be done as often as you like, try this.

Wash your hands with soap and water before you start.

Wash your face with an aloe based cleanser.  

Wipe your face with a clean damp face towel. Pat dry.

With clean fingers, apply a very thick layer of aloe vera gelly all over your face. Avoid your eyes .

Leave the gelly on until almost dry.

Apply a second, thick layer of aloe very gelly over the first layer and let that dry completely.

While waiting, go about your normal activities or just laze around and read.

Once the second layer is completely dry, wash your face with water and a clean washcloth.

Done regularly, skin looks clearer and smoother. I find my skin slightly fairer after regular aloe vera gelly facials. 

The only drawback is that the gelly is rather sticky. Otherwise, that is my favourite quick fix for skin.

Apply aloe vera gelly on your belly daily after every shower. It helps prevent stretchmarks on your expanding belly. It works for me. In fact, when I was pregnant, I bought tubes of aloe vera gelly by the dozen to make sure I would always have enough. I liked it so much I used it all over my body as well.
