Shea Butter SpaA lady once called home to tell her maid to 'bath the baby'. A while later, she called back to ask her maid, 'Have you bathed the baby?' The maid replied 'Madam, not enough butter'. The maid had thought her madam wanted her to butter the baby, which she promptly did. On hindsight, she wasn't being so silly. In Africa, women massage their newborn babies with shea butter. Even here, there are body products containing shea butter or in some cases cocoa butter to moisturise dry skin. These are also found in stretchmark creams for pregnant women to apply on the expanding bellies. If you have access the Shea Butter, you might want to try this for soft, silky skin. The SpaTake a shower. Soap yourself, shampoo your hair and rinse off thoroughly. Towel dry briefly. Take some shea butter, warm it in your hands and rub over your body. Massage your limbs and joints with the butter. Concentrate on the aching muscles and joints for as long as you like. Rinse off again in warm water. Then massage the left over shea butter on your face (Skip this step if you have oily skin or acne prone skin though). Rinse off thoroughly in a cool shower. Towel dry and go to bed. The next morning, your skin should feel so soft and smooth. Where to getSlimming products Branded skin care and body care Strawberrynet
