women suffer from cramps during menstruation. The strange thing is that

are many ways to deal with the pain. The most common methods would be to

are some tried and tested methods that work for some women.

Chamomile
tea. A cup of chamomile tea mixed with 2 teaspoons of honey
and juice from a quarter of a lemon is said to help ease the pain.
What really worked for me was evening primrose
oil. A capsule or 2 taken
daily actually made my cramps a thing of the past.
Other remedies

Fill
a hot water bottle with hot water. Lie down, wrap the bottle with a towel
and hold it

against
the painful area. You could use a heating
pad instead.

Add
a teaspoon of calendula flower tea to a cup of hot water. Cover and let
it infuse

for
5 minutes. Sweeten with sugar. Drink.
