Home remedies for Arthritis
If you have arthritis, seek help from a physician.

The following home remedies can help relieve the pain in
arthritis temporarily.
Heat
Warm some rice in a cotton bag or cotton sock, in the microwave. Hold it
against your skin to soothe the pain.

Cold
Hold and ice pack, or a pack of frozen peas against the painful areas.

Swim. Its the best exercise for arthritis.
Aromatherapy
Add 1 drop each of pine,
juniper and
cypress oil to 1 tablespoon of mild
shampoo. Add to your bath. Soak and relax in it.
Caution: do not try these essential oils if you have high blood pressure,
or kidney disease.
Fruit
Daniele Ryman, in her book Aromatherapy - the complete guide to plant and
flower essences for health and beauty recommends apple skins from 2 apples,
boiled in 1 pint of water for 15 minutes, drunk throughout the day.
