Natural Home Remedies
PILES
Piles are very common. Especially after childbirth. People with constipation also may
suffer from piles. What you should do is to take more fiber and lots of water to soften
the stool, and thus lessen the pain from piles.
FLORAL TEA
Add 5 dried rose buds tea and 1 tablespoon of calendula flower tea to a flask of hot
water. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Drink the tea throughout the day.
PRUNES
Eat lots of prunes.
OTHERS
Drink lots of water.
Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables for the fiber.
APPLICATION
Apply witch hazel to the piles. Soak sterile cotton wool in witch hazel which you can
get at pharmacies or health shops. Place the cotton wool against the affected areas.
This may help.
