Rose oil relaxing maskHere's a really relaxing facial mask using rose oil Rose oil is very highly concentrated. A little goes a very long way. First, stretch your pure essential rose oil by mixing 3 drops of rose oil in 5 ml of sweet almond oil, or any good Carrier Oil. You could use a small, clean, empty bottle. Maybe one that used to contain essential. oil. Wash and dry that bottle completely. Pour in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of your chosen Carrier Oil. Then add 3 drops of rose oil. Close the cover and shake well. That is your diluted rose oil. Next, you need a teaspoon of aloe vera gel. Cleanse your face with your usual cleanser. Rinse off with plenty of water. Mix 1 drop of diluted rose oil with 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel. Apply on your face, avoiding your eyes. Lean back and relax. Leave on for 15 minutes or until dry. Rinse off thoroughly with water.
