Anti viral essential oils
Anti viral oils kill or inhibit the growth of viruses. They also
fight viral infections by stimulating and strengthening the body's immune
response to the infection.
Some anti viral oils include Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Rose and
Lavender.

Used to treat cystitis and urethritis. (See a doctor first).
Used in a bath, or as a wash (1 drop to 10 ml of water.)

Eucalyptus
This is best used for colds in a steam inhalation. It inhibits the
growth of the cold virus. (Also see a doctor first)
Put a few drops of oil around your bed and diffuse the oil in the room

with other anti viral oils to enhance their effects.
